I ordered a caramel cappuccino blast with no ice and an extra scoop of ice scream. The Manager Told Me That I Can Not Do That! What???? I cant pay for an extra scoop of ice scream on my cappuccino blast? I worked at 3 different dunkin donuts and i have never heard of this. The store is so dirty! The customer service is pathetic! Being run by Indians they look down on Indians and I do not know why! They were not open to tastings and the response they gave for a simple request was “we only give tastings to children” despite purchasing the item. So aren’t adults allowed to enjoy ice cream? Pathetic is the term for their interactions with customers. Is this store illegally hiring students on F1?

I am surprised why this place is still operational after soo many bad reviews. This is place is terrible, and what makes it terrible is its staff. First of all, staff (family of indians) don't speak/understand English properly, so you have to repeat several times to make an order. They are slow and sometimes forget your order.
