I placed an order for two banana splits. I sent my son to pick them up and they did not have any bananas nor did they compensate us in any kind of way. Poor Customer Service! I do not recommend the store. It is a thumbs down.
Horrible customer service in the drive thru. The young Hispanic girl who works the window all the time, very rude!!!! She doesn’t speak, doesn’t tell you your total, she doesn’t reach her hand out the window, you have to be almost hanging out your car to get your items etc. I now go to the Dunkin on Torrence, they are quicker and friendlier.
I sent someone up there to get me a scoop of chocolate Ice cream the woman behind the window stated that they did not have chocolate ice cream? I also asked for world class chocolate Ice cream? she stated that they did not have world class chocolate ice cream!?
