I put in a mobile order in on 11-10-21 3:15 pm ,and my mobile order were #22 when I informed the Cashier it is a mobile order she stated that she doesn't have any mobile order, she stated that I will have to call customers service for a refund. This is my only time using this app going forward.poor poor management. Wouldn't recommend.
The last handful of times I've visited this location have been pretty bad. Have gotten stale chicken Jr's, stale chicken nuggets, often they don't have mocha iced coffees... and today I waited next to the ordering speaker for about 10 minutes just to be told they were "closed for the next ten minutes." Was told I could wait in the parking lot. Don't think I'm coming back here even though its 2 blocks away from my job

I went in to get the special that was on a coupon I had the young lady was real friendly and took with smile even though she was doing drive thru got my order in less in two minutes and the food was hot and good when I got home and I caught the bus . Thanks to her quick service I didn't miss my bus ???
