“I have been here a total of 4 times and every time it is a hit ! I usually don’t do reviews but when something is good I definitely support I usually stop and get a donut at Dat Donut and then I walk down and grab some jerk, the location and atmosphere I would only stop during the daytime but as far as the food it is reasonably priced, the portions are large, the jerk chick is really good so is the rice and peas very soft and cabbage, the Mac and Cheese I will say is bland and it is a 3$ up charge lately they have not had any plantains which is a disappointment but I will say if you want some good authentic jerk food try Jerk it iz.“

“Was driving past and saw a Jamaican flag in the window so I turned around. Thank God I did the food is so good ya'll I had the lamb, spinach and mashed potatoes. I'm still outside the restaurant in my car posting this cause the food is gone already!! An amazing Shout out to the owner miss tanya and her staff a wealth of knowledge a true blessing. “I visited the bloohol today because I like oxtails and the reviews said the oxtails were good. Well just let me say this !! The owner let me take a peek at them before I left and they looked and smelled delicious. So I went to the car and took a bite SMH why did I do that I could not stop eating them !! They were very fresh, tender and flavorful. The rice they came with was a perfect compliment to the oxtails and tasted good too and I am not a rice person. I did not make it home with my dinner !! I had dinner in the car and licked every finger loudly and proudly. If you like oxtails do yourself a favor you got to try bloohol !!“

“This place is so good that macaroni is like home and that chicken they show you love on the
chicken keep going there they give you even more the is chicken is so moist and flavorful. I like the chicken and the vegetables are so freaking good. They are freaking amazing and the red beans and rice is so gravy. It has a lot of gravy in the red beans and rice. You would like red beans and rice messing with this place change you whole perspective please try them. You will not be disappointed. this place is so tasty. You were really like when you spend your money and try them and they give you large potions the last two days for me. I eat on this for two days they show you love all the sides. “Food wise... Outstanding. Absolutely delicious. I think it might be laced with illegal substances or something. Also, the proportions are very generous.

Aside from that, definitely a take out kind of place. Inside was not too clean, and it was only high chairs. No frills. Took longer than I expected but definitely worth the wait. I will definitely return. Yams were a little too sweet.

“Just had my annual family and friends Xmas Party on Saturday the 21st 2024 for 40 people. The food was absolutely amazing. From the mouth watering tender jerk chicken, omg cabbage, large size yams,and rice and beans with gravy. Large potions for the money. I cant wait to try their curry chicken and other dishes. These people can really cook!“

The rice and beans was just okay I think it needed more flavor and the gravy as well. Other than that glad my order was made fresh hot and correctly!
