I am THRILLED about finding this gem of a restaurant ? The Pollo Guisado was TO DIE FOR. Seriously one of THE most flavorful dishes I’ve EVER had in my 32 years of existence… It came with white rice, black beans, avocado, queso duro, and plantains!
