“The atmosphere and people make you feel at home (if you’re from Honduras). Highly recommend the Pollo chuco. I’m happy that this restaurant opened up recently as we were in need of a good Honduran restaurant. Will be coming back soon to try more delicious food!“
“I am THRILLED about finding this gem of a restaurant ? The Pollo Guisado was TO DIE FOR. Seriously one of THE most flavorful dishes I’ve EVER had in my 32 years of existence… It came with white rice, black beans, avocado, queso duro, and plantains! Yes, there are bones, but that’s definitely what adds to the flavor and I wouldn’t have it any other way! After speaking to my 5 star server, Robert.I found out that this restaurant is family owned and that right next door is A SALSA, CUMBIA DANCE STUDIO!!!!! Please support this new local obsession of mine ❤️?With dangerously delicious food, true care that goes into their customer service there’s no way you will leave disappointed!!“
“The food is very delicious and the services they provide within it are very good, there are people who give bad reviews like the comment from 18 hours ago who comments that only because he wants to throw a tantrum with his wife but anyway the food is very delicious I highly recommend this place“
“Okay. So I know it says they have rude staff, but upon entering I was met with a greeting smile, though there is bright lights, the music makes it so enlightening that if you're dining alone, you wish you weren't because the adventure after would be a memory. I have not received my food yet but so far I have nothing but good things to say Update. 10/10“
“Casa Yari is the best for vegan food in Chicago...hands down. The menu is creative, delicious and made with love. Yari is an amazing chef and human all around. Her staff, which includes her daughters, is very knowledgeable about the menu and can guide you on what to get if you're a first timer. Every dish is made to order so a little bit of a wait time is to be expected and well worth it. Be sure to check their website for updated rotating menus as well as some restaurant FAQs (i.e. they stop taking orders about 30 min before close) Heads up, brunch is busy so you most likely won't be able to grab your order to go but you are more than welcome to dine in at the bar if you're solo. They also have an amazing N/A cocktail list for those of you that don't drink. This is not a place to miss if you're a true Chicago foodie!“
