A casual bar atmosphere with a solid lineup of comfort food. The Peppy Boy pizza was the highlight - a thin crust pie with crispy pepperoni and a drizzle of honey that added a great sweet-savory balance. The cheese curds and Parmesan tots were also quite lovely.

I’m not a big tavern style pizza person but this may be my favorite one that could convert me. The quality of cheese on everything was fantastic! Loved their Giardiniera cheese curds. The frozen cocktails like Negroni was terrific especially on these hot days. Service with a smile and quick. Also they share the space with Parsons and same owners. @chicagopescetarian
this place is awesome. the garlic parm tots are FANTASTIC. and then the tavern style pizza is basically just as good. they put parmesan cheese on top exactly how I like it. they also have great options for vegans and anyone that cant or chooses to not eat gluten. the service has also been great every time I’ve gone, so if you see any old reviews mentioning bad service, it seems that issue was taken care of. nothing but positive things to say about this place. probably my...read full review

Dicey’s Pizza & Tavern (Lincoln Park) is an awesome place serving true Chicago style tavern pizza. The tavern style pizza is really good, with crispy outer edges and softer towards the middle of the pie. Popular pizzas include the Peppy Boy with a hot honey drizzle, Cacio E Pepe, and Hippy Flip. The garlic parm tots are FANTASTIC, and the Buffalo wings are some of the best. The Greek salad is shockingly delicious. For dessert, the chocolate cannoli is rich but so good. The restaurant has great options for vegans and anyone that cannot or chooses to not eat gluten. The service has been great every time. The beer garden is nice, but drink prices, especially for beer, are higher than most tavern style places. Salads and wings are overpriced, and extra blue cheese costs $2. The recommended tip is based on pre-special cost, which feels sleazy. The 14in pizza is perfect for two people with a bit to take home.
