I visited the Dunkin’ in the South Deering/Jeffrey Manor neighborhood a few times, since it’s the closest to me. I usually do a mobile order so I could just pick up my order through drive-thru. The staff members are nice, but 9 out of 10 always get my order wrong.
One of my preferred Dunkin's to go too. Employee gave great customer service when I placed my order through drive thru. Coffee was made well. Received my order with no issues.

Dunkin' offers a variety of iced coffees with the option to substitute oat or almond milk. However, the donuts are not fresh, and customers may be better off getting them from a bakery. The service can be busy, especially in the early morning, and breakfast may not be available at that time. The coffee quality and temperature of the breakfast sandwiches have been inconsistent, leading to some customer dissatisfaction.
