Quick review : New management and staff is definitely needed. The times I've gone either my food was burnt, cold and just bland. There's no pride in service, or the quality of food.
I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Also I ordered hash browns and they were so cold. Didn’t have time to go back since I had limited time for my lunch break. But I am very disappointed.

They only had one girl working BUT quality over quantity because my cofffee was made perfect. I live about an hour 1/2 north of Chicago and sometimes you get an iced coffee and it tastes like river water, both my coffees were delicious and constant flavors. it was very slow service but not the girl workings fault. I didn’t catch her name but she was definitely doing a good job :)
