I usually go here for coffee. I'm equidistant to this Dunkin and a Starbucks, and I prefer coffee from Dunkin.When visiting today, it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. This caused a 10-minute wait to order, but I got my order promptly once I ordered. Hopefully they can find another employee to work morning shifts, since I would much rather drink Dunkin coffee but I don't know if I can afford to wait 10 minutes when I'm trying to get to work. Location, location, location - that's what makes this place 4 stars for me. Highly accessible from the office and the Pedway. They're always well stocked with ice cream cakes and of course, donuts. If you do need an ice cream cake, I recommend that you come early in the morning and place your order. It'll be ready before noon. Hope to see you soon Dunkin!! Stay strong!!

The drinks and food are decent, but there is always the same panhandler standing right inside the door, so that you have to literally pass within a foot of him to get inside. They have to be losing business because of this guy.
