After a long day at work I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts on 69th . #1 their service is horrible. He don’t understand me and I don’t understand him. I order a small mango pineapple refresher LITE ICE made with lemonade . #2 when I got my drink it was full with ice after I said LITE ICE . Shook the drink up put my straw in and take a drink. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Our drinks were made incorrectly and we just wanted them made over. Instead of making them over the man wanted them back and said he would give us a refund. Even though we asked again can you just make the drinks . We had also purchased munchkins and he insisted on refunding them as well. My baby had 1 in her hand and we gave him the bag back like he said.
