I have been going to Eataly twice a week since it opened and the service at the coffee shop has gone from 5 stars to 1. I used to get a cremespresso every time I came in at 9 am and the last 2 MONTHS I walked in the machine hasn't been on or working. The staff is rude and slow. They are open at 7 am so by 9 am they have plenty of time to get it up and running. Just terrible, not what it used to be. The rest of the store is great but they need all new staff at the coffee shop.
This was my first time here, so I can only comment on what I’ve ordered. I at at La Pizza and La Pasta. The lasagna was wonderful. It has a nice béchamel sauce and was perfectly cooked. The stores and products also seem reasonably priced. The tiramisu was expensive but was pretty good.

Very nice experience here, was my first time. Was in town for work with some colleagues who was familiar with the restaurant and I'm glad they were. We are here twice in 3 days of that says anything.My first night I got the fettuccini, watching it being tossed in that huge beautiful wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano was amazing and so was the taste. Fettuccine was a perfect al dente, very nice bite and chew. Had Panna Cottta for dessert, was a nice way to end the meal.Second night...read full review
