So happy we found this place. The shrimp mofongo was amazing! They actually stuff the mofongo, not like other places that plate the meats on the side, and the mofongo was moist and seasoned to perfection. My Canadian friend, who's had mofongo in Humboldt before, said this was by far the best seasoned one he's had. We also ordered the steak with onions and tostones. The food is absolutely delicious .... I mean , The BEEeeessssssT El Faro Caribbean Seafood I have ever had in my life , the food had so many favorable spices . My husband and I are definitely hooked on this new spot and we will return before the end of our vacation. If you are from out of town , in-town , or next door Please come to THE Chicago... trust me . You will not be disappointed
