I went there for the first time yesterday, even though I've lived in the neighborhood for about 9 years. I placed my order for pickup and was told it'd be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 11 minutes after I called to order my burrito and was charged for my food upon arriving. Once I paid, the girl (not the most pleasant of demeanors) walked to the back to see if my burrito was done. It hadn't even been started. I guess the ticket never printed - and that's fine. La Tia is a very nice neighborhood place to get a quick Mexican meal. Staff is friendly and bilingual, and food is very good! I've had the soft-shell, flour tortilla tacos and they are excellent! Horchata is great, too!
