I was confused at first. I didn't know it was one spot that had many different restaurant options to order from at the self ordering kiosk. The food I ordered was great but customer service needs improvement. You need attentive employees with great customer service skills. I didn't get that at this place.
We've only ever ordered from Hawaiian Brothers from here. The food has always been great. But, the location, not so good. I've always thought that by ordering online, your food would e ready for pick up when you arrive. The last 2 times we went to pick up our order, there was no one at the counter. After waiting for 10 minutes, we had to scream hello! Hello! Before someone came from the back.Of course, our food was ready.
