We were first disappointed to discover that room service was not offered! How hard is it to bring something up an elevator down the hall? Then we dined-in for dinner with high hopes. Given that this place is located within a hotel, I can't be surprised by the busy environment. Food was great, staff was quick and efficient despite the busy dining area. The busy environment can be overwhelming, but is well worth it if you plan to eat within the Hilton Chicago.
