The pizzas. Come all black instead supposed to be all burn slice it either out the toppings. Worlers bad mood I call to complaint they hang out then I call back nobody answer what’s going on with little pizzas is there a problem , give them a class to everyone there today how to do customer service. One customer less and I guess more people won’t go to that store in 47 and Kedzie .
I placed an order for a pizza around noon today. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, a young woman who appeared extremely overwhelmed and stressed while trying to handle customer orders on her own.
While I understand that busy periods can be challenging, it was concerning to see a single employee struggling to manage the workload without adequate support. This not only impacted the customer experience but also seemed unfair to the employee.
