The woodfired pizzas were out of this world. Wine was delightful, yet pricey, I was trying to impress a client so, it was worth it. The Zuppe de Pesce was tasty as usual, and the complimentary lemoncello topped off a great meal.
If you haven’t been to Macello yet, you’re seriously missing out. This little hidden gem is SO good. The restaurant itself is so warm and inviting inside, and they also have a nice patio if you’re into that, too. We went a little before dinner time and got seated right away, but you can make a reservation too just to be safe!

Overall, this was a good experience! We only stopped here for drinks, which were very, very good. However, the service was not very fast. We found ourselves needing to wave down another waiter to get our second round of drinks and close out our check.
