Friendliest staff around. Always get a warm, genuine greeting when I walk in and have a smile on my face when I walk out. And the lattes and almond croissants are great too.

Momentum Coffee Millennium Park is a very nice spot near Millennium Park for a quick coffee break. It's a convenient location when exploring downtown Chicago, just steps from the Bean. The coffee is delicious and well made, with options like the caramel apple butter latte made perfectly to order, and a Honey Vanilla Cold Brew that is smooth and not overly sweet. The double espresso is also noted as one of the best, flavorful and at a good temperature.
Beyond coffee, Momentum Coffee offers tasty snacks. The hot chocolate hit the spot for some, and the Chicago Dogs were a highlight, described as the best ever and made meticulously. For breakfast, the Chicken Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant was flaky, warm, and packed with flavor.
The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are consistently described as friendly, awesome, helpful, quick, and very nice. They even offered free popsicles to kids. Despite being busy, orders are quick. Some suggest there's space for a couple of tables to escape the cold. Overall, it's considered a hidden gem in the Loop and a definite go-to spot.
