the woman working the cash register tonight was really nice and helpful! the ice cream had a strange after taste. i’d probably go to jenis or dairy queen instead of this shop. glad i tried it though!

I like the soft serve, my favorite! However today I came at 11:15AM May 21, 2026 asking about the ingredients of the soft-serve and the ice cream but the lone staff is less accommodating. I decided to leave. I hope you guys do better. I like to shop here because it's local, but not today 😏

Great service here as always but sadly the last two times I’ve gone in the past month the soft serve has gone downhill. It seems they have changed the formula as the color, taste, and texture are different and much worse. It doesn’t taste like “real” ice cream anymore but an icier, blander version. Will have to take my ice cream eating talents elsewhere.
