“I don’t know what everyone is yapping about in all these negative reviews. I saw the poor rating and had already passed on this location once but decided to finally try yesterday. My order had a few nuances yet was provided exactly accurate. There were two visible employees and the one I spoke with was honestly nicer than just about every other location I’ve been to. Most importantly, the food was true to the brand and tasted great. I’ll be back, lesson learned to try a location for yourself before giving too much weight to dramatic reviews“

“Kay just made this the best papa John’s pizza pickup experience ever!He first greeted me with a warm and friendly hello when I walked in. Another employee whose name I didn’t catch was at the register and was ringing me up for my order. While he was doing that I asked the cashier for some red peppers. Kay immediately stepped up without having to be asked to assist his teammate and me by going and getting the peppers as well as offering plates, napkins, and, sauces while he was at it. What surprised me with his cheerful-eagerness to help! What a great (and hard to find) trait!To top it off, as I was leaving, Kay raced to the door to open it for me, and told me to have a good evening and thanked me for coming in.I left so genuinely impressed with the kindness and dedication displayed by Kay His customer service is next level! Good job Kay!I hope a raise and promotion is in your future!“
“We have ordered several times from Papa Johns in south loop as there is not much to order into the late night early morning hours. The pizza has been mostly very good for what it is, a couple of times the pizza was lacking cheese and took long to deliver but most of the experiences were positive, good food and decent prices, the Stuffed crust pepporoni yum.“
“The staff and service was better than we expected, our first time there. My son and I wanted something quick, but properly cooked and that's what we got.We are not regular PaPa John's pizza customers but I tell you this when and if we want to have it again, this is where we will go. No Cap!“

Or pizza with pineapple, spinach, veggies, olives, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc. etc.!!!Dietary restrictions: Of course you can choose diet soda and the menu is pretty versatile to accommodate different dietary needs and/or restrictions!Parking: Is pretty difficult to find parking! Free Street parking, although, not very many spots on the street to park...???...!!!Kid-friendliness: The staff are very friendly! “The Pizza I ordered came on time, piping hot, and very tasty . There was an issue with the 2 L Pepsi left off the delivery. I am not sure if I mis ordered, or the great computer in the sky screwed up. As soon as the manager learned of the problem, he solved it immediately and beyond my expectations.
