“I'm updating this from previous rating. I can finally order online. For a while their page was just buffering, I couldn't place order. Well, I tried today and HOORAH, I got my pizza.mmmm😋. It was delivered not even 30 min since I placed it. At noon time, so I have lunch and dinner.☺ The price was only $21 , including delivery charge. UPDATE...DEC 27. received another delish pizza and boneless wings. Order came within 30 min from online order. It could have been hotter, but it was warm (not cold). Mmmm 🍕😋 UPDATE. ...7-9-26... another delish pizza from papa's. Got a lg. Cheese stuffed crust. Picked up, it was ready in 15 min.mmmm😋. Only spent $19.“

“I’ve personally only had good experiences with this Papa John’s location. I only place carry out orders I place online but whenever I walk in my pizza is ready to go, made as requested, and delicious. I’m rarely waiting more than 30 secs for someone to grab my online order for me. Always a great experience and the women who work their Friday evenings when I go are always so kind and pleasant. They are great☺️.“

They communicated well with customers on the wait times for their pizza, communicated with each other on the orders to efficiently get them out, and they didn't get stressed out. This was after a sold out concert on Labor Day and they made sure everyone was taken care of.“

“I’ve to be honest, they are the best. They are clearly understaffed and they have A LOT of orders. Despite this, they work with a smile and simply are delayed due to that. They even offered a free drink for the wait, so can’t get better. People need to understand that if they were fully staffed, it would take 10 minutes. They still get everything ready in less than 30, so it’s all good. Let’s give these people some love, they deserve it“
