Ordered food and pulled up and they (2 female employees 1 was the manager) had no gloves or mask, making the orders while talking! The guy that took the money had on gloves that had holes! When we said no we want to cancel because they didn't have gloves or mask, they started going back and forth with each other(mind you over the food no mask), saying it was too late for a refund.
