Ordered online, only to wait in line to get my mobile order and was told my order could not be fulfilled because they were out of chicken sandwiches. I received NO notice of this! Then was told I needed to contact customer service for a refund. This was the biggest waste of my time. Why order online if you don't have the products on your website. This particular store was VERY dirty! The entire staff was gloveless, the dining area was nasty, and there was a garbage can sitting directly next to the side dish station full to capacity and almost running over.I don't eat Popeye's because their chicken was always super dry every time I had it, but I had placed a mobile order for someone, and that's why I ended up there today.
