Omg!!! Literally worst Popeyes I’ve been to ever!! The women at the window was overly rude. When I called to talk to a manager they hung up on me smh and gave me the wrong food!! Close this place ASAP!!! Lbvs I’ll fry my own chicken before I go back to this mf!
Terrible customer service. They took our mobile order 30 minutes in advance and we show up and they literally locked the doors. As we are waiting in a ridiculous drive thru line the doors are opened. We think finally exit the line to pick up our prepaid and what should be ready order. But nope, they turn us away and tell us we have to go through the drive thru the line is now out of the parking lot into the street.
