The food was good but we waited way too long for our food. Approx 90 plus minutes. It's not a big restaurant nor were they short staffed. Plenty of staff standing around. The one plus was the comped our whole check. Craziness.
My husband and I were staying at the congress and were wanting to grab a bite to eat. After a day of travels we didn't feel like going out, so we headed down to Rafael's. We were hesitant at first because of the reviews not being the greatest, but boy were we happy about giving them a chance. The staff were so polite and the food was delcious. The portion sizes are huge! Just down the street from the Studebaker theatre and in the same building as the Congress hotel. Not a far walk from Willis Tower, either. Superb service, very friendly and attentive! Bravo!
