Nothing to complain about
My wife and I wanted try out Rafael Restaurant while we were staying at the Congress Hotel. The restaurant did not disappoint. Fantastic atmosphere, great food and service.
Food is adequate, chicken sandwich was good, fries were OK, Don't drink the mule, it's awful. Overall fine for a hotel restaurant.
