This restaurant was suggested by a friend and we decided to have a dinner. When we arrived (around 6pm) the place was eerily empty, but started to fill up in the next hour. The ambience is a bit bland perhaps because the interior is outdated and boring. But the food was great and the service was good. The Curry Laksa was the star of the dinner with very unique and vibrant flavor profile. All other dishes were flavorful as well. The drinks were ok. Will come back when in the area.

I've been to Serai twice now and it has not disappointed. The food comes out piping hot with big flavor. The staff is always very nice and attentive. The drunken noodles are amazing and the roti appetizer should not be missed!! I'll be back!
