I order through the Dunkin app frequently, and my orders are always ready when I arrive there. The service is pretty good, and they get my order right every time. They do, however, need more employees! There have been a couple of times, especially in the mornings, when they had a line of customers and can get very busy. Two weeks ago around 9 am an older gentleman made me one of the best cups of coffee ever at this location. Today, I waited 15 minutes for the worst cup of coffee ever. It was cold and didn’t even taste like Dunkin coffee. I threw it in the garbage after one sip and left. I didn’t complain. I just left. $3.55 and 15 minutes of my life wasted.
