This place isn’t that bad. I don’t know why everyone leaving bad reviews. I had a good experience. I hope they still in the neighborhood. I’m sick of Dunkin’ Donuts.
My drinks and food are always accurate my only complain is they never put the siracha I ask for in the bag :/ it would really make my falafel pocket better :/
I am very glad a Starbucks is on the Southwest Side, but this location feels rather lacking in so many areas. I've been to this location 3 times and tried to stay positive but that's the 3rd strike!

This Starbucks location makes the best Banana Bread Matchas, which are awesome. The food is always fine, but the drinks tend to have little to no flavor due to overdoing added liquids, though every once in a while it is perfect. The drinks need more consistency. The employees are the best by far, friendly, and the atmosphere is great. This location should be the blueprint for how other Starbucks operate, with excellent drive-thru service. It feels like a real coffee house. Parking has too much space, kid-friendliness is excellent, and wheelchair accessibility is good.
