“Fantastic meal. I got a six inch on multigrain with turkey and cheese that was toasted, and then I had him put the turkey on cold later. They’re not doing that for you at potbelly’s. Go to Jimmy John’s. U see them doing that? No. But this specific Subway did it. Heck yeah! Thank you!“

“This subway is amazing with fresh quality sandwiches, variety of chips and drinks. The new ownership had turned around the store completely and now is the favorite destination of school students and Sauganash community for quick quality meals. This place is clean, warm and very welcoming with great food and service. I go there pretty much everyday for 1 meal for sure and sometimes even more..... They open early at 7am and close at 9:30pm....have breakfast and dinner deals and accept all coupons. 5 STARS to owner Mike and staff members :)“

“Best subway I’ve ever been to. This place feels like a Mom and Pop shop that happens to serve Subway. The couple that owns and operates this Subway take quality of the experience that customers get very seriously. They keep the place clean, organized, and play awesome music from the 80’s (great playlist selection). They are always super friendly and quick and have everything in stock. I noticed the quality of the experience and compared the ratings to other subways in the area and this place is about 0.5 stars higher than most and very few Subways get above 4 stars so this is a stellar shop. “Clean, and organized. It was almost empty, so wait time was short. My takeout was prepared exactly as I ordered, and was ready in time. The sauce amount was a tiny bit short but it wasn’t that bad. If you like generous amount you may ask for extra sauce or make sure it’s the amount you want if you’re ordering in-store. Free parking spots.“

Even though I liked this place, I wont return to this location even though I live five minutes across the street from it; since, they don't accept coupons. I can't afford their prices. Turkey sandwich they service on mondays, and I am not free on Mondays to go there.

I come every morning to get a chopped chicken or veggie salad, not only do they know who I am when I come, but I no longer have to give my order because they know exactly what I want and how I want it. “This is the closest location to where I stay and I've never stopped by I don't know why. The sandwiches we got were very well made but that's not the best part of this place, it's the customer service. The 3 employees that were there were super friendly and very professional! “We took a weekend trip to Chicago this past weekend. We got checked in to our hotel late, it was cold and rainy and we were hungry. After checking Lou Malnati's and seeing a deep dish was going to be about $50, we opted to go to the Subway right across the street.
We ordered online before we went and my son ordered once we got there. Food was ready quickly and was perfect.
We were in Chicago to see the Bright Eyes concert so after the show Saturday we were hungry and decided to just get Subway again. Again I ordered online and my son ordered after we got there. He got his food quickly but it was busy and the one guy working hadn't had a chance to make our online order yet. While we were waiting 2 guys came in. I could tell they had been there before and weren't welcome because the singular worker asked them to leave. They didn't. After going back and forth one of the guys grabbed a soda and some chips and left. The worker called the police and he still got our food to us quickly.
Both nights we had the same guy making our food. I mainly wrote this review for him. He was working his butt off, making orders, super friendly, and dealing with someone robbing him and he stayed calm and still got his work done! I wanted to make sure he got some recognition.“

You can taste the cleanliness in the food . I ate at many Subways east and west and this is a great location over East . Be patient and friendly . You’ll have a great outcome . No I’m not going anywhere else ! lol . I always order the Subway Club on Italian herb bread with pepper jack and toasted . Yummy ! It’s quiet enough also to eat your meal .“

“The food is great. I always come here during my work lunch hours to get a meal. The service is amazing, especially Ms. Puja. I would like to personally commend her, as she has remembered my order every time I've stepped foot in here, making interactions absolutely enjoyable (to be fair, I only order like two things, but still, I love it when people remember me).

Now for the atmosphere: if the upstairs was still available, I would have given this a 5-star rating. I used to love chilling there on my lunch break, having some food, relaxing, and then being able to go. It was a nice spot. Recently, it's been unavailable, leaving you with small space to eat so the atmosphere isn't as great as it used to be. With all that said this is still my number one Subway in the area“

“Hats off to CTA employees, especially at the Randolph & Wabash station. We wandered in looking like lost tourists, and the station agent came out from the booth to help us select the right ticket for us and where we wanted to go. Trains and stations were clean, and staff and passengers were friendly. Stopped for lunch great choices lots of salad, bread cookies and raspberry tea, very different, service was ok and decor could do with an update“

“I always get subway from this location and place my orders through the app. So today my wife and I placed an order through the app inside the restaurant so we can see the employee make the sandwiches correctly. After a few minutes, I walked to the manager which is a very rude one to show him my order has been placed. Instead of telling me the order takes a minute to come through the system, he tells me we don't have an order without any explanation of letting me know to wait a few minutes. So I asked for another employee help and her name is Anna. She is amazing with customer service and helped me without any issues and also confirmed that the order takes a few minutes to come through the system since it's paid for and stayed on the task. Anna should be the manager with her skills, please give her that manager position and get rid of that dude who has no verbal skills to communicate with customers. With her at this establishment, the restaurant can have all 5 stars.“
