“I stop here multiple times a week for lunch. I grab two subs for my roommate and myself, and if I come after four they do two foot long subs for less than $9 an each.

Also the employees are wonderful. They’re very kind and easy to converse with, and they remember my order.

It’s my favorite subway in the Roger’s Park area. Definitely would recommend.“

“Visited for a quick lunch. This subway location is very clean and well lit. Very new and maintained well. The staff was kind and understood my options and were thoughtful of my allergies which I shared. I got a very prompt service. Would like to come back.“

“Best subway I’ve ever been to. This place feels like a Mom and Pop shop that happens to serve Subway. The couple that owns and operates this Subway take quality of the experience that customers get very seriously. They keep the place clean, organized, and play awesome music from the 80’s (great playlist selection). They are always super friendly and quick and have everything in stock. I noticed the quality of the experience and compared the ratings to other subways in the area and this place is about 0.5 stars higher than most and very few Subways get above 4 stars so this is a stellar shop. Classic subway sandwich taste and quality with nothing to complain about for the sandwich, got exactly what I wanted!“

A little more space planning along with taking action on space saving equipment and I feel this place would be perfect. Excellent location too since you'll always have decent food at the hospital. “Although I love turkey sandwich no matter where their from. Even though I liked this place, I wont return to this location even though I live five minutes across the street from it; since, they don't accept coupons. I can't afford their prices. Turkey sandwich they service on mondays, and I am not free on Mondays to go there.

They accepted it once but refused it today, saturday. possible reason is they don't has that much customer, so I left without buying anything since the only sandwich I like is turkey.“

“I've been coming here since the pandemic whenever I'm looking for an affordable family meal and this place never disappoints! From hearty soups and stews to a variety of filling subs and other menu items! The overall atmosphere is small, quiet, and laid back with edm and pop played softy in the background. “I always come to this subway usually the employees are very rude i never get greeted and they complain on how I choose to make my sandwich but there was this one particular girl yesterday I think she's a new girl never seen her before she was so nice she greeted me also was very fast compared to how it usually is when I come here. “I have gone about a dozen times and have had a good experience each time. I order from the app and they always get the order right. This Subway takes coupons, which is appreciated. (Not all Subways take coupons.) They have a few parking spots, so it's easy to come and pick up an order.“

“I love the Subway on 87th Jeffrey, they provide me with excellent customer service every time I enter the establishment. I come every morning to get a chopped chicken or veggie salad, not only do they know who I am when I come, but I no longer have to give my order because they know exactly what I want and how I want it. “Some dude named Julio put cheese and herb instead of Italian wheat and I corrected him and he said in a thick Indian accent “shut up before I steal your social security” I was like damn but whatever I asked for ham and lettuce and tomato and mayo cuz I’m classic man and we got to the register and he asked for my social security saying it’s for protection reasons I threw him a 20$ and left“

“We took a weekend trip to Chicago this past weekend. We got checked in to our hotel late, it was cold and rainy and we were hungry. After checking Lou Malnati's and seeing a deep dish was going to be about $50, we opted to go to the Subway right across the street.
We ordered online before we went and my son ordered once we got there. Food was ready quickly and was perfect.
We were in Chicago to see the Bright Eyes concert so after the show Saturday we were hungry and decided to just get Subway again. Again I ordered online and my son ordered after we got there. He got his food quickly but it was busy and the one guy working hadn't had a chance to make our online order yet. While we were waiting 2 guys came in. I could tell they had been there before and weren't welcome because the singular worker asked them to leave. They didn't. After going back and forth one of the guys grabbed a soda and some chips and left. The worker called the police and he still got our food to us quickly.
Both nights we had the same guy making our food. I mainly wrote this review for him. He was working his butt off, making orders, super friendly, and dealing with someone robbing him and he stayed calm and still got his work done! I wanted to make sure he got some recognition.“

“I always get subway from this location and place my orders through the app. So today my wife and I placed an order through the app inside the restaurant so we can see the employee make the sandwiches correctly. After a few minutes, I walked to the manager which is a very rude one to show him my order has been placed. Instead of telling me the order takes a minute to come through the system, he tells me we don't have an order without any explanation of letting me know to wait a few minutes. So I asked for another employee help and her name is Anna. She is amazing with customer service and helped me without any issues and also confirmed that the order takes a few minutes to come through the system since it's paid for and stayed on the task. Anna should be the manager with her skills, please give her that manager position and get rid of that dude who has no verbal skills to communicate with customers. With her at this establishment, the restaurant can have all 5 stars.“

“A couple years ago Subway removed regional ingredients from the online and app ordering, while the stores still offer those regional ingredients for in-person ordering. In this case, for Chicago area, giardiniera (also oregano) is the option stores usually have. Since this change, whenever I've ordered this online, I've always left a note requesting the staff fulfilling my order to please add giardiniera if available, as it can no longer be selected online. One of the ladies that works here and was working the day I sent in an order was one of only two people, out of maybe the past 80 mobile orders at locations around the city, that have ever been so kind as to fulfill my request of adding giardiniera to the sandwich. It's a very small thing, sure, but it honestly made my day when I opened my sandwich and saw it topped with the familiar pickled vegetables. So thank you very much, random Subway sandwich artist, I hope the gods of the giardiniera bless you with eternal happiness, and maybe a winning lottery ticket or two.“
