I love the Subway on 87th Jeffrey, they provide me with excellent customer service every time I enter the establishment. I come every morning to get a chopped chicken or veggie salad, not only do they know who I am when I come, but I no longer have to give my order because they know exactly what I want and how I want it. That's how you provide excellent customer service
First person tried to fix my food after cashing out another person with the same gloves. Once I addressed it, another gentleman came in and put on fresh gloves to serve me. Pay attention!

It was a wonderful place to sit and have a sandwich. But it's nolonger a lovely/comfortable place. THEY REMOVED THE SEATING. I don't know of any subway that treats its customers that way.
