There is a “Sub-Sandwich-Surgeon”, and his name is Jake! My sister took a place in line behind 3 customers. I sat and watched an employee working alone, taking each customers order, confirming their special ingredients, with a quiet, but clearly understandable voice.His hands moved quickly, as he carefully picked up and placed every requested ingredient.
