Decided to goto the city for a day trip and ended up coming to union sushi for a Saturday night dinner. Immediately when we entered we were greated kindly and immediately seated to our table at the sushi bar where chef Toshi greeted us and gave us reccomendations on the menu which were excellent. Was great to watch him prepare everything while talking about the dishes. Would 100% recommend for their well thought out menu and service.

We placed a large order for pick up of several apps, sushi rolls and chicken katsu sandwich - all was amazing. Standout was tempura seafood platter that included scallops - no notes, delicious!

Incredible service and food, long time customer and it keeps getting better. 💯
It was good food and was not busy but the music was too loud. Only a few people in the restaurant trying to enjoy their food and have good conversation but the music was on repeat and in your face loud and obnoxious. Didn't fit the atmosphere at all. Server was very polite and food was good. But they did not seem interested in changing the music so we won't be back. Too many great sushi places with better atmosphere.
