I particularly enjoyed the Coffee Blossom and Oaxacan Forest Wildflower traditional meads but there were a wide variety of flavored meads too, all of which were great. The owner was more than happy to tell us the story of the business and answer all of our questions about the process, ingredients, etc. I'm looking forward to going again in the future!“
“My wife and I had a special date where we rented a limo for the night to come to the city from the far west suburbs. We decided to include VIN312’s virtual wine tasting in our commute to the city. Warner was right on time and provided a fun and educational tasting virtually for my wife and I. We tried 5 of the delicious wines that are made at VIN312 and Warner walked us through each wine and how it was made, he taught us a unique way to enjoy each sip of wine and my wife and I really enjoyed meeting him!! “I love this black owned establishment. It is a winery and Meadery. I wish I had taken some pictures of the decor, but it is a beautifully kept space. Tonight was karaoke night. It was a lot of fun, the DJ was very interactive, and the crowd was Lively. The wait staff was very nice. They went over the drink options and the food options, and everything came out so fast. We had a chicken pizza with a cauliflower crust that I wasn't expecting much of, but it was delicious! I also had a Pomegranate Peach Margarita. The bartender was very heavy-handed, which is a good thing for most people, but since I'm a light drinker, it took me all night to finish the drink! The prices are great. The cocktail was $10, which is almost unheard of in the city of Chicago these days! If you are looking for something new to try, definitely check out Wild Blossom!“
“Love the vibe of this place! Great selection of wine. Nice music in the background, a dj was setting up as we were leaving. Definitely gets crowded after 8pm.Staff is exceptionally accommodating! Shout out to Holly the manager for being so personable and understanding when we had to tweak our reservation.The menu is not extensive andddd a little pricey for the portions that you get, however presentation and taste was good, you pay to be in a nice atmosphere!Highly recommend.Parking: Limited parking on Cottage, May have to park on side streets“
