“If you would have told me this would be good, I wouldn't have believed you. But it was great and I was shocked. Even more shocking was the boneless were better than the regular wings!! It was fresh and crispy. I got different sauces and they were all good. Fast food is especially disappointing but this time it's different.“

I requested a cup of water, only to be refused with the statement, "we no longer provide that service." How is it possible that a paying customer is denied the basic courtesy of water while waiting? It is disheartening to encounter establishments in predominantly black neighborhoods that willingly disregard the dignity of their customers. This issue needs immediate attention and rectification“

“The five stars is not the restaurant but for the one guy in there actually trying to give good customer service. I had a pick up there and they tried to give me cold food and the African American gentleman who was the cashier working there made sure my food was fresh. It was very unprofessional for the other workers there to argue with him and try to blame him for their incompetence. I didn’t catch his name but it was today around 630u. Thank you for having some common sense.“
“Seriously. this was my first time ever ordering from Wingstop I have passed it about once every week or so for months but just never stopped to order.
Decided to treat my husband & myself to some wings tonight and the staff (Luis & associate)couldn’t have been nicer. Luis explained alacarte prices, etc.as I didn’t want any extras.
I split my minimum order between regular & boneless wings; buffalo & plain, with honey mustard sauce on the side. They got everything perfectly right, with a smile! We enjoyed the wings immensely! I will stop by again.“

“By far the best Wingstop I've been to in the city! Most places are super greasy but the 3 times we've been here the chicken is relatively fresh, crispy, and not too greasy. Same goes for the fries! Keep up the great work please!“
“Staff greeted me when I walked in the door, while placing my order I was undecided. He was able to help with the special. Yes the restaurant was clean and even the cups by fountain was organized and not messy. Got my food and it was on point. No complaints and definitely will be back.“
“When I go I ALWAYS get naked wings and fries, no salt. I wish the fries were not frozen but it's the 'wave' as of late it seems ? Anywho, I got the naked chicken sammie with unsalted fries this time around and should have just stayed with the wings. The breast was almost cold, not crispy, and on the small side. The bun almost hid it away. Sorry I didn't take a picture. Stay Away for sandwiches. The wings are ? fire though. Bring back the thighs!!!Not really a place to dine in. There's little to no parking. The Wingstop is tiny and there are few places to sit.
Parking: Very limited street parking for 'dine in'. Decent parking for a pick up. Arrive when it's ready for sure.“

“Gonna start by saying I order from this location fairly regularly and haven't had a bad experience until now.This time around, fries were portioned smaller than usual and tasted kind of old. Wings were tiny, more like Chick-Fil-A nuggets. Disappointed with this order, but it seems like it was just an off day.4 stars because they've been good just about every other time!Mostly leaving this review for feedback, I'll be ordering again soon. “I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.“

The staff is friendly and attentive - something you don't get at every fast food place - so other than the issue of sauce occasionally getting on the exterior of the buns, there's no real reason for complaint.“

My wings and fries are always done fresh. Flavor is always right. Just make sure if you don’t like your fries with their seasoning you specify. Seems like they don’t take cash only card payment. Also if you order through the website you are only able to pay through card no option to pay in store.“
“I had a great experience at this Wingstop. Even though it was just 30 minutes before closing time, Litzy was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped me pick out my order. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better, and she didn't rush me at all, which I really appreciated. The wings at this location were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Will definitely be coming back!“
“Food is always good but one can have one person great at customer service and making it great then the rest...maybe cuz they cooking can care less I waited a good bit for in house order and they cashier was asking what's taking so long but the food is always great just service can be better“
“Best wingstop ever. The people here are so nice and have to deal with so much BS from customers. If you're complaining about how one of the workers is taking your order, maybe just put on your big boy pants and order online and save everyone the trouble since you were so inconvenienced? Just a thought. Due to being open until midnight, they have to deal with some interesting customers. Whoever is managing here needs to give everybody a raise for having to put up with some of the people who walk in there. I've seen them have to defuse some extremely tense and uncomfortable situations, which they handle with absolute professionalism.Orders are always cooked on time, and everything is cooked well. “I've always gotten quality lunches here, the employees are friendly and orders have been ready way ahead of the appointed time. Their lemon pepper seasoning is a classic, but the Korean BBQ and mango habanero are perfect if you like something with a little more 'kick'. Wingstop has amazing fries -- ask for them covered in cheese sauce! This location has a Coke freestyle machine and Gold Peak tea dispenser. This is easily one of the better Wingstops I've been to.“

“To be honest, I’ve stopped patronizing this location because the service wasn’t the best and the food was always old, but as of lately, I’ve been given the best service. Tamika (I believe she’s the manager) has been nothing less than professional and friendly. “Restaurant is short staffed but my hat tips off to the 4 staff members keeping it open and running today. My order was hot and ready on time and even though some customers were rude the girl behind the counter getting the orders ready still managed to be nice and courteous. “I'm not a fan of their wings. I love to cook my own food so I feel like I'm very attentive on the ingredients and the quality of the food. Everytime I order wings from here they're always slightly undercooked. Anytime I get wings from here I make sure I throw them in the oven for 20min on 300 degrees just because I don't want to take any chances.“
