It seems that almost every Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins in Chicago and surrounding areas has something wrong. This store was very clean and the employees were presentable and friendly. But all the waffle cones looked burnt and the one I did get had the wrapper adhesive melted on the burnt cone unable to be removed. They did get me a spoon but still

The location is Central to a Main Street and the CTA orange Line Cicero station is right here, and there is free open parking in a big strip mall and the store has ice cream both dine in and dine out containers as well as cake and the donuts and coffee and drinks and smoothies. Do you have a lot of variety here and the staff are friendly and nice and they do have free bathrooms. I don’t know why people are so mean and write such terrible news.
