Has anyone else had trouble with the Caseyville location? I ordered a pizza online and when I got to the store the door was locked and was upfront?? I have also let the phone ring for 30 minutes and no one answered.
Don't go to the Collinsville location if you're in a hurry. 95% of the time their "Hot n Ready" slogan isn't accurate. I have to wait nearly every time I go in, whether they're busy (I understand) or slow!!
I ordered my pizza ahead of time due to liking light sauce, And so They were prepared for it, got home to 3 hungry kids and open my box to a horribly burnt cheese pizza, it was mostly black, needless to say the pizza wasn't eaten and was wasted!! I know its only $5 but I still had to work for that money just to get food that couldn't be eaten.
