“My sister and I had a lovely dinner here last week. The food was fantastic, the staff was attentive and the atmosphere was great. We had Samosa, bread, yogurt, mango chicken and Saag chicken. We shared the dishes and still had leftovers!! We will be back😊”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!”

“We had a great meal here—the food was definitely the highlight. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. That said, we did have to wait a bit to be seated, and the restaurant was really busy, so the service felt a bit slow and scattered at times. It’s understandable given how packed they were, but it did impact the overall experience slightly. Still, if you're not in a rush and want a tasty meal, it's worth a visit.”

“Excellent food and atmosphere. We ordered a sea bass , a prime rib and some appetizers. Steak lollipops , pheasant civet were very tasty. We got a tiramisu as a birthday cake, however we had our own cake with us. Blake took excellent care of us , he arranged a knife and water to slice the cake, extra plates.
We were looking for a fine dining in Carbondale, it wasn’t easy but we got a last minute reservation. As Chicagoans we are little spoiled with good places to eat, and Ruthie’s Steak & Seafood was a great place to go.
The restaurant is very nice so rather is better to overdress than underdress. Our waiter was very elegant. Thank you Blake for the wonderful service.”

“food is usually amazing just that one waitress mandy was rude and had an attitude.I ordered wings and when I went to pick them.up the waitress mandy said the sauce was in the bag and I checked. I told her there was none in there and she told me it would take awhile to get it and she walked outside. I stood there til the other guy asked if I needed something. he apologized for it not being in there. then when I got home to check the wings they were not even made right. this is the second time I have had a problem with the order. the manager had to come up there to fix it right.”

“All around one of the best places with tasty pizzas and much more with big selections if your hungry for something other than pizzas I strongly suggest T-Moe’s pizza with other options to eat delicious pizzas burgers fries and nachos and fried mushrooms and fried ravioli and fried pickles and salad and much more to try including pasta and much more and the service is amazing and great staff and amazing prices”

We both absolutely loved it!! small buffet but I don't think you could find more authentic! the couple were so nice and the service amazing!! the Gentleman even brought us out chicken from the kitchen that was not on the buffet. Everything was fresh and hot!! we will definitely be back!!”

“Stopped here while staying overnight in Carbondale. Loved the setting & friendly staff. Did a wine tasting & decided we loved Don’s Estate Dry White Vignoles. Took a bottle with us & enjoyed later on the patio at the Home2 Suites in Springfield. Wish you weren’t so far from our home in Des Moines Iowa.”
