The food was amazing. We spent most of our time waiting on our server though. From the beginning she pretty much ignored us for over 30 minutes. Once she took our order we never really saw her again. We asked for ketchup and she never brought it until we asked again. My son never got his lemonade. We for sure didn't get refills on our other sodas. The adults also wanted a second drink but we didn't really get the chance to order any more. I think we would have walked...
Ill start by saying that the customer service was outstanding. There were some issues with our order but they did everything to make it right. So for that they won me over. Lastly, the food flavorings were on point.
The employees were great and place was clean. My server was amazing. Food was okay. Boil bags were little the crab legs were like the ones you get from Walmart small and partly meatless. I also ordered it to be spicy and it wasn’t. Was told if i was looking for spicy i should try fire next time. Why have 3 spice flavors and only one is the right one. The alcoholic drinks were basically juice. Don’t get the buzz i needed from one drink.
