In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I work nearby and visit this Starbucks several times a week. I occasionally use the drive-thru, but I don’t mind going inside because the staff is always so kind and accommodating. Patrick always remembers my name and makes me feel welcome every time. The employees consistently provide stellar customer service, showing they genuinely care and put in the effort. I have been coming here 3-4 times a week for the last few months. I like the vibe of the people who work here. They’re hardworking and friendly. Big shout out to Lucas, who often gets my order ready before I even order it. He goes out of his way to make to bring something positive to my experience every time I come in.

But everyone that works here is kinda like that. Big shout out to the leadership of this store. They built a good team that keeps me coming...
