Food is fine, same as any other Jack in the Box. Service, especially drive thru, is well below par of other fast food in the area. Incredible wait times without even acknowledging it as a problem and not during special circumstances, just regular modestly busy weekday evenings. Increase staff and better incentivize efficient service, the food is not worth waiting 20+ minutes for.
Tried the chicken sandwich with onion rings this time. It was filling and had a nice crunch in every bite.
It’s ok. Probably deserves better than the 2.something star average it has now. It’s fast food so keep that in mind with your expectations. The burger isn’t much to write home about. The good good sauce is pretty good. I enjoyed the churros. The mini tacos are snackable and the curly fries are about as good as you can get for curly fries. Onion rings are ok. It was better this time than the last time I had been in. So that’s good.
