They are health conscious with their offerings; I’m a diabetic so I eat a lot of salads,and chilli. You can see that if you’re not satisfied with your order or service they will fix it and pronto . He also was awesome and worked around my kids ARFID so she could get something to eat still, without getting half the meal and not eating it. def recommend.“

“Deleted a 1 star review to replace it with a 5 star. I booked a rental at 11:30am to take some swings at a place with some feed back and that wasn’t outside with this recent heat wave and rain. Got to the location and it was still closed. Frustrated, I left the 1 star review. A few hours later I was contacted by Andres the manager at xgolf downers grove and he explained the mix up and apologized. Nowadays that goes a long way. Mistakes happen and it’s really refreshing when a company takes this approach. Thank you Andres for reaching out, it shows your commitment to the brand and to making sure that everyone that comes through the door has a top shelf experience.“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“We have dinner at Miller's twice a month and are never disappointed. The Prime Rib Special is one of our favorites. I also love the shrimp. The variety of beer is amazing. The staff in Lombard is great and are always happy to serve. 5 STARS“

The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. Why did the male host ask us to switch our seat???? Food: 5/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5“

“Great local spot for wings, pizza, beers, music & vibes. Staff it great. It does get pretty busy or packed some times so having patience is key if you are going in hangry. Overall a great selection if you want the neighborhood bar outing.“

“Great place to visit. Very comfortable surroundings. Great get away place to think during the early evenings. My favorite time to visit is around 11:00-5:00pm. I listen to great music have a beer or two and play the slot machines. At times win big!!! Victoria's has all types of music, in- expensive drinks, ales and spirits. Fabulous owners and friendly regulars. Private Parties in doors and out doors. You will be glad you stopped by.“

“Dropped into this spot a couple times on my way home from shopping. You can tell it's a local type of dive where the folks all pretty much know each other. Though I was an outsider, I was properly greeted by a few and the customer service was good and friendly. It's the other few that look at you like you don't belong, especially if you're on a slot game they want.“

“We stopped in today because we were married at carriage greens 31 years ago. So in general, we've been coming here on and off for the past 31 years. I know the bar has had a couple of different renters or tenants that have tried to make a go of it and the last one was terrible. I was so pleasantly surprised when we walked in as the bar is completely renovated with huge TVs and great for any sporting event. What I am totally disappointed about is that I live locally and have no idea that the bar was renovated and it's as nice as it is. You are completely failing in the advertisement of your establishment. You truly need to hire a marketing company if you expect to stay in business. The service staff is awesome! I would, however, recommend that you darken up the place immediately. It is way too bright in here and as you can see from my picture, the lights are glaring. Nobody wants to sit in a bright lit up bar. I truly hope that you succeed as you have transformed this place into a beautiful sports bar!!! I gave you five stars to boost your rating, but you're really at about a three or 3 1/2 right now but only because you can do better. I'm not trying to sound condescending and I am truly trying to help. I would recommend everyone to come and hang out here. I expect this could be a great place with just a few changes. One last thing. Get all your cleaning supplies off of the bar area and counter. Not to mention a broom and dustpan in the visible area of the bar. nobody wants to look at that. Please take this as constructive criticism. Like I said, this has the potential to be a great place, but you need to step up your game.“
