“They have the best cheeseburger in Chicago. I went there in 2012, and 2013 on Kedzie, and omg it’s the best. I used to live in Highland Indiana and I took public transportation which it was GPTC bus to Downtown Hammond, and pace bus from Downtown Hammond Indiana to Downtown Harvey Illinois, and pace 349 from Harvey Transportation Center to 111th and Western, and CTA Route #112 bus from 111th and Western to 111th and Kedzie. Well now since I finally move to Chicago Auburn Gresham with my fiancé, and now I live 15 minutes away. I take 79th Street bus from 79th and Ashland to 79th and Kedzie, and transfer to CTA Route #52A Southbound and go all way to 111th and Kedzie. I’m even more glad you guys reopened which I had no idea where you guys relocated at Thanks to my friend Tracy for telling me where it is. I went there with my fiancé Raymon. I’m so glad you guys are amazing, and the service was great too. I’ll be back. This place is even very affordable.“

“Absolutely love this place!! I had been bragging to my daughters about the food and service for months. When I finally got them together we went and the girls were very happy with this choice. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful! We’ve decided this was our go to place to eat!“

“Caraway’s Bar & Grill is such a hidden gem! It’s a family-owned bar and grill and you can truly feel that warm, welcoming energy the moment you walk in. The owners are incredibly inviting and friendly!
The atmosphere is great. The food was amazing. The hot honey flatbread was our favorite we almost ordered two! And the poutine? So good. The brown gravy they put on the fries was delish.
We went on Monday they had drink specials so we had gotten $9 margarita, I tried the cucumber jalapeño margarita and it was SO good, the perfect mix of refreshing and spicy.
It was also such a nice touch that the chef came out and introduced himself. You can tell they genuinely care about their food and their guests.
Highly recommend checking this place out, we’ll definitely be back, especially in the summer when they open up the large windows for that perfect warm vibe!“

Blake is an excellent bartender and host who makes you feel at home. He has a friendly personality and always has a smile on his face. Megan is a wonderful waitress who is friendly and outgoing. Best of all she makes us feel special because she always remembers what we like best. The owner (Roger) is a great person and always greets us with a big smile. The DJ was AMAZING and the sound quality was spot on. There were board games, Jenga and everyone had an amazing time. The host put her spin on it with the decorations and photo booth but the owners really made you feel WELCOME!“

“The tacos are small, authentic and delicious. Good enough for me to order two to go. Except they didnt make my to-go tacos the same. It had too much cheese. The host/bartender/waitress did not speak English and most of the food on the menu didnt exist. I wanted chicken quesadillas and she shook her head no. I wasn't sure if she didn't have chicken quesadillas or no quesadillas at all. I asked about other items on the menu and she smiled and frowned at the same time. So I ordered chicken tacos to simplify things. It took a lot to get her attention. She gravitated to the guys in my party. Little did she know, they weren't paying or tipping. The classic margarita with the red margarita salt was delicious. Lastly, there was a couple dinning at a table near by filming me and my friends. I'll be fine if I don't revisit this restaurant.“

“This bar is a very nice GEM that has a great decor. The beers are ice cold and the drinks very refreshing. Taco Tuesdays are very tasty and the catfish dinner is Awesome. This is a very friendly bar with colorful characters. Watch the game from any seat or select a song from touch tunes and dance your cares away. Try you luck on the gaming machines or just have a couple of drinks with your buds.

“Had a wonderful lunch for a monthly retired teacher group. Joe and Vicki gave us the room in the back. Our meals were fantastic and Paige, our server, was wonderful! We were celebrating a 70th birthday and we were treated to several amazing desserts. The service was above and beyond our expectations. We booked our Christmas party here in December.“

“Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“Had the pleasure of hosting my first baby shower here a few weeks back, and despite the covid issues we were still able to pull off an amazing party! With the help of the owner Jessica! Everything was wonderful, plenty of space for guests to keep a social distance, bar option available, a nice stage and Dj booth for music. Everything was very clean and modern. “I’ve come for their wings on Wednesday for years. I’m gonna give it 5 stars because how consistent it usually is.

But that day I went a few weeks ago, the wings were smaller, less meaty, and the signature buffalo wasn’t the same, nor was the bbq sauce. But it was so out of character because I regularly tell people it’s one of the best wing spots ever, in price, sizing, and in the very buttery buffalo sauce that tastes homemade.

But great staff as always and friendly atmosphere. And usually the wings are amazing.“

“Came here on taco Tuesday and Happy Hour and they didn’t disappoint. The bartender was also the server for all of the tables in the establishment and did she hustle! Very knowledgeable of the menu with questions I had.

On Tuesday it’s $2 steak or chicken tacos with cilantro, onion and cheese. It comes with a side of homemade salsa Verde and you can get pico de gallo for an extra fee. Domestic beers are $1.50 during happy hour from 3 to 6. With two beers, seven tacos and a side of pico the bill was $18. Well worth it.

Wednesday is half price pizza. This is a nice little local place with good food and drink options. If you’re in the area it’s worth a stop.“

“One of the only bars in Oak Lawn that I frequent. This place is like going to a cousin's house, the atmosphere is always cool and chill, the DJ plays good music, you can usually run into the owner inside and she is a beautiful person and really down to earth. Drinks are great and my favorite food on the menu is the salmon bites (fried salmon strips). This is the new Cheers actually. Everybody here is very friendly and welcoming, again it's like being at a cousin's house so you basically just speak to everybody inside and bond. Thank you Geneva, love this place.“
