Order wasn’t correct. Got it on my commute so I can’t go back, no complaint option in the app.
Their drive thru is so slow. I can’t believe I sat here for 20 mins. And you can back out of line so you’re stuck. Absolutely absurd that I was late for work because their employees don’t know about speed and efficiency.
I’ve been to this Dunkin several times since it opened. The first few days, I completely understood that a new location needs time to work out the kinks. But we’re over a month in now, and apparently remembering that customers are waiting is still one of those kinks.
