“My family and I had a wonderful experience with Trails End Smokehouse and highly recommend them for any catering needs. We hired them to provide food for our son’s rehearsal dinner, and they exceeded our expectations. They provided free delivery at our location in Bloomington and were on time with no issues. We appreciated that they truly provided the entire meal experience—from the plates to the cutlery to the actual food—they took care of everything so that we could enjoy celebrating with our family. We ordered the pulled pork and pulled brisket. Both received rave reviews and were delicious. Their cheesy potatoes were creamy and hit the spot! “I've been a Steak 'n Shake customer for 57 years. Their decision to stop in restaurant service (waite staff) was an extreme turnoff for me. It was hit or miss whether or not the self-service order stations worked. Tables needed to be cleaned, and there was debris under tables.

I used the drive up at my last visit. The line moved at a respectful speed. My order was correct and HOT. The one drawback was the drink. There was a huge SOLID chunk of ice that filled the cup and prevented me from inserting the straw plus only about 4oz of soda.”
