Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“I tried Charleys Philly Steaks for a second time. First time I had their wings. Today, I decided to try their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Normally I give a review on the food. Today, I want to highlight an example of Customer Service at its best. As I was waking to my table, I tripped and my food ended up on the floor. Initially, I was hesitant to ask for a replacement. I went ahead and did it anyways. The worker that took my initial order listened to my misfortune and, without hesitation, took care of me. No fuss, no negative expression, no additional explanation. He just took care of it. He provided a fresh sandwich and fresh fries. Mind you, he was already attentive and had a positive attitude with customers before me. Oh and my initial order was ready within 5 minutes. The staff is fast. Some can say or argue that the customer is always right but I do feel that a customer is right within reason. Charleys is inside the mall within the food court. The food court is well maintained and clean. If you happen to be shopping and consider a bite to eat, check out Charleys.“
