Getting super greens instead of noodles or rice helps a lot and subbing orange chicken with mushroom chicken or chicken teriyaki makes a huge portion for under 600 calories. A nice change compared to other fast food restaurants that have minimal low calorie options. The people are always helpful and kind. They sometimes may take 10- 20 minutes if you go past 7 pm.
