This place needs to have better customer service and attitude. Show more confidence in your work and be more alert and happy! Coming from experience in food service, I would hire better management and teach the staff to be faster and more efficient at what they do.
I had our food delivered they didn't include our gravy or dipping sauce. When called they didn't even try compensation in any form knowing we couldn't make it up there. Maybe double check bags going out for delivery.

Would have gave a 3 and the reason is out of the stores control.it is because the gravy,potatoes,and biscuits taste mechanical and I know old school will never return, but the glorified chicken cooks need to stop cooking the kernels chicken to thier specification.The ORIGINAL is not suppose to be CRISPY.If u are an inspired chicken cook go to culinary school or read a cook book, and cook the chicken like it should be cooked.I WILL BE GLAD WHEN POPEYES GETS DONE.THAT WILL LAST...read full review
