Krekels has been part of our family for as long as I can remember. Even though we've moved to the St. Louis area, when we come back for a visit it's always Krekels hands down!! Just wishing they spread the love down south cause I know without a doubt they'd be a smash hit right out of the park (hint-hint-Shiloh, Illinois area PLEASE!!!!!! ???? ????????)..
I've never had any issues with the quality or accuracy of the food. It's always been fresh and amazing!!But the service has went downhill over the years and especially in the last year.The location on Oakland is the absolute worst! 45 min drive thru wait times. And staff that blatantly do care!!!Kid-friendliness: Basic table and chairs set upWheelchair accessibility: No steps but I don't think they have to push button doors

The cashier here lied to me! She said the best thing about Decatur was the university. This isn’t true!
