“The place is nice and clean and the girl working behind the counter was very sweet and had perfect manners plus made a Damn good sandwich. Best experience I have had at a sub shop in a long time. That girl deserves a raise, I think her name was Kelsi“

“My experience with them has been wonderful. No complaints except when they don't have any peanut butter 🍪s. The place is usually pretty clean , bathrooms included.The staff is friendly and courteous.The prices are fairly reasonable. Subway has gotten some new menu itéms, liked them all but one, looking forward to an organic sub sandwich in the not too distant future with organic ingredients from various countries around the world like India, Mexico, etc.“

“Given several locations in the Decatur/Forsyth/Mt Zion area, this, along with Forsyth is our preferred. The older woman with dark hair and glasses we typically see working is extremely polite, and very precise and careful in how she makes our sandwiches. The restaurant is clean, and most importantly, they keep the containers covered, so flies don't do their business on the food like you see in some other Subways. I used to work for Subway, and that is my ultimate pet peeve. Uncovered containers. It shows laziness, and very bad hygiene. No one wants to eat something flies have been swarming on. Maybe that's why the one on Mound rd has always made me sick after eating. I've learned to avoid that one despite them being right down the road.“

“Prices for a sandwich these days are insane. One footlong a drink and a snack size bag of chips 17 dollars. Ridiculous. Thanks Biden Food is good. Same footlong as its always been but three times the price. Not worth it. Just go to Applebee's“

“The girl working there at around 4:30 today didn't get her name had very good customer service, I was hesitant to order online as when I worked here I'd watch employees just throw stuff on the bread and into the bag, she made sure the order was correct, on time and with a good attitude.“

“We visited here this evening after an attempt to place our order at the Pershing location left us angry & sour, thanks to a very hostile, rude employee. We were waited on by a lovely gal named Vanessa who made our sandwiches perfectly, and was incredibly warm and gracious. The employees at each location were like night and day...or Jekyll & Hyde I should say. The store was very clean. This will be our only location from now on. Vanessa & Lisa are two of the best, most friendly and professional employees Subway has to offer. Samantha, from Subway on Pershing? You really need an attitude adjustment. You're of no benefit to the company after what I witnessed this evening.“
