“Simply AMAZING! Ochoa’s is easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. We recently used them for catering (25 people), and everything exceeded our expectations. Communication was top-notch, portions were huge, and the food was incredible. Guests couldn’t stop talking about the juicy chicken and steak, the homemade chips and salsas, and guacamole that could honestly be eaten by the spoonful. Mr. Ochoa truly takes pride in his food — you can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend for both dining in and catering!“

“The Cherry Pit Cafe, in Deerfield, IL, is an outstanding destination for breakfast or lunch, if you are looking for delicious food, a large and varied menu, and a cozy environment.Their service staff is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant is a fun step back in time with its nostalgic decor. “We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the Lake Forest location when we were in town for our daughter's U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command graduation. By far the best place we ate when we were in the Chicagoland area. I gave it a nod in my book and encourage anyone visiting Great Lakes to stop there with their sailor during liberty.“

“The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

“Wonderful food here! The waitstaff here were very nice and the food was great quality Italian food. The price here was a bit expensive so I don’t think I’ll be coming here very often. The portions you get are VERY large. You’ll be bringing food home for sure. I will come back here for special occasions in the future.“

“Our server David was so amazing that I really felt I needed to write a review. The food is always top notch but David made our experience above and beyond enjoyable. We brought my 91 year old father in law and although it has become difficult to bring him to a restaurant David made it as easy and enjoyable as possible. I can't thank him enough for his help and service. Thanks again David and hope to be back soon again with him!“

“Deerfield Rosebud Take out: lasagna and ravioli for Christmas Day dinner was amazingly delicious. I mean Sicilian Nana level exceptional lick the plate delicious. The ravioli are our competency test of any restaurant serving Italian food. Rosebud ravioli get A+. The edges were just the right thickness and cooked perfectly. This takes skill because is so difficult to make sure the varying thicknesses of the ravioli dough are pressed together & cooked through. No “al dente” for ravioli! The rich tasting meat flavored tomato based marinara. Been going to Rosebud for years and years. They do always a good job. The meat lasagna was really good too. Generous layers of pasta sheets, ricotta and ground meats with the super good sauce. Wow!“
